18”x24” Acrylics & mixed media on wood. She is an interesting mix of abstract, illustration and expressive painterly. At some point I abandoned the painting because I felt the idea was too ambitious and I couldn’t pull it off. But a week later I came back to her and put another layer on. Suddenly I loved what she became. Graceful, and strangely angelic.
